Tea-Napay is a conceptual brand and website design project developed as part of an academic requirement. Inspired by the Filipino words “Tea” and “Tinapay” (bread), it presents a fictional milk tea and pastry shop that embodies warmth, creativity, and community. The project focuses on creating a cohesive brand identity and user-friendly web design that captures a cozy café experience.

OBJECTIVE

The goal was to develop a complete branding and web design concept for a fictional café business. This project aimed to practice professional-level design thinking, from brand creation to interface prototyping, while reflecting a warm and cozy customer experience.

CHALLENGE

As a design-only academic project, the challenge was to conceptualize an entire business identity from scratch — ensuring cohesive branding through the logo, color palette, typography, and web layout — while maintaining clarity and visual appeal suitable for presentation.

APPROACH/ SOLUTION

I designed the brand kit and responsive web layout that visually communicate Tea-napay’s warmth, creativity, and balance. The designs emphasized intuitive navigation, harmonious color combinations, and a friendly tone to appeal to both young and mature audiences.

RESULTS/ OUTCOME

The project was presented to our professor as part of a class activity aimed at strengthening our presentation and branding design skills. It was well-received for its cohesive visual identity, modern concept, and clear user interface.
